• To address student performance in the cohort population of exiting 6 th and 7 th grade math students: On the NJ Ask 6 in 2008, 33% of students tested will achieve advanced proficient and 94.9% will earn either proficient or advanced proficient status. In NJ Ask 7, at least 16.1% of students will attain advanced proficiency and 82% will achieve either proficient or advanced proficient.

• To meet or exceed the expectations established by NCLB for student achievement in Special Education.

• To assess facility needs, identify solutions and begin implementation by September 2008.

Board Goals

• To complete update of district Policy Manual.
• To successfully complete a search for our new Superintendent.
• To successfully complete negotiations for a new teachers' contract by June, 2008.
