Family Education-Homework Help: Homework anxiety is common in kids at this age. The following ways are ways in which you can help relieve the pressure.
1. Help your child get organized.
2. Find ways which are easiest for your child to study for quizes and tests. Practice this.
3. Set aside a special time each day for your child to do their homework. Check it, but don't do it for them.
4. Have a quiet, bright place for your child to work at. Do not use the busy kitchen table for homework!
5. Praise your child for completing their homework, and let them know that you expect it to be done.
6. If your child doesn't have homework one evening, suggest reviewing their classroom notes for an upcoming test or quiz.
