Preschool News

Welcome Back! Our themes over the next few weeks will include ushering in the New Year, snowflakes, winter, reading the books by Jan Brett including The Hat and The Mitten and focusing on cognitive skills: handwriting, cutting, letter and number recognition, one on one correspondence, and social and language skill development.

February you will receive your child's first progress report-a mini report card that gauges his or her development since September. This report is different then the quarterly reports that you receive that is generated from your child's IEP.

Fun work will be sent home in your child's Friday folders. Send your child's work back and they will receive a sticker and an extra trip to the prize box.
