Dear Parents/Guardians:

If your child has an allergy or medical condition that you feel his/her bus driver should be made aware of, please take a few minutes to write the driver a note specific to your child’s needs. Included in this correspondence should be the special concern you have for your child and any measures to be taken should it become an issue. Also, please inform the school nurse of any measures to be taken during your child’s school day.

Parents are also reminded of the importance of physical exams for their children at each developmental stage: at early childhood (pre-K to 3^rd), pre-adolescence (4^th to 6^th) and adolescence (7^th to 12^th).
