Dear Parents/Guardians:
Sports activities are an extension of the school day. Therefore, the policy for medications applies to school sports. (Please refer to the medication policy sent home in September or see the school calendar). If your child needs to have a medication (an inhaler or an Epi Pen) for a potential life-threatening medical problem (asthma breathing difficulty or severe allergic reaction), please contact the School Nurse to establish an emergency health care plan for your child while he/she is participating in the sport activity.
